나노씨티(이하 "본 앱")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며 관련 법령을 준수합니다. 본 앱은 별도의 계정이나 자체 서버를 두지 않으며, 게임 데이터는 기본적으로 사용자 기기에 저장됩니다. 본 처리방침은 본 앱이 다루는 정보의 범위와 목적을 안내합니다.

1. 수집하는 정보

• 게임 데이터(기기 내 저장): 마을 구성, 진행 상황, 설정 등은 사용자 기기 내부(및 위젯과 공유되는 App Group 컨테이너)에 저장됩니다. 계정이나 자체 서버가 없으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
• 익명 사용 통계 · 충돌 데이터: 세션·이벤트·충돌 정보를 Firebase Analytics를 통해 수집합니다. 정식 출시(Release) 빌드에서만 수집되며 개발 중에는 비활성화됩니다. 개인 식별 정보, 광고 식별자(IDFA)를 수집하지 않으며 App Tracking Transparency 권한도 요청하지 않습니다.
• 위치: 현재 위치는 오직 날씨 정보를 받아오기 위해 사용됩니다(날씨는 나노씨티 플러스 구독 기능). 아래에 설명한 날씨 요청 외에는 저장·공유되지 않습니다.
• 미리 알림(Reminders): 선택적 할 일 보드에 오늘의 미리 알림 개수만 표시하기 위해 읽기 전용으로 접근합니다. 미리 알림의 내용은 수집·전송되지 않습니다.
• 사진 보관함: 받은 천문/동물 이미지를 사용자가 직접 저장할 때만 쓰이는 추가 전용(add-only) 접근입니다.
• 인앱 구매 정보: 나노씨티 플러스 구독 결제는 Apple이 처리합니다. 본 앱은 결제·카드 정보를 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.

2. 이용 목적

• 기기 내 게임 진행 상황 저장 및 위젯 표시
• 충돌·버그 진단 및 콘텐츠 개선(익명 통계)
• 현재 위치 기반 지역 날씨·대기질 표시(구독 기능)
• 미리 알림 개수 표시 등 마을 연출
• 인앱 구매(구독) 처리 — Apple을 통해 진행

3. 보관 및 파기

• 게임 데이터는 사용자 기기(및 위젯과 공유되는 App Group 컨테이너)에 저장되며, 앱을 삭제하면 즉시 함께 파기됩니다.
• Firebase Analytics로 전송되는 익명 이벤트 데이터는 Google Cloud의 표준 보관 정책에 따라 보관됩니다.
• 미리 알림·위치 데이터는 기기 안에서 사용되며 별도로 저장하지 않습니다.

4. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

본 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매·임대하지 않습니다. 기능 제공을 위해 다음 서비스가 사용됩니다.

• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — 익명 사용 통계 및 충돌 데이터 수집·분석
• Apple WeatherKit (Apple Inc.) — 날씨 데이터 제공. 지역 날씨를 받기 위해 위치가 Apple에 전송되며, Apple의 개인정보 정책을 따릅니다.
• Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — 대기질 데이터를 받기 위해 대략적인 좌표가 전송됩니다. 개인 식별 정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
• 외부 이미지 소스 — NASA 오늘의 천문 사진(APOD) 및 동물 이미지 API에서 공개 이미지를 내려받습니다. 개인정보는 전송되지 않습니다.
• Apple Inc. — 인앱 구매(구독) 처리 및 App Store 배포

5. 사용자 권리

• 기기 내 데이터 삭제 — 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 모든 게임 데이터가 즉시 제거됩니다.
• 권한 관리 — 위치, 미리 알림, 사진 권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든지 변경할 수 있습니다. 권한을 끄면 해당 기능에 데이터가 사용되지 않습니다.
• 인앱 구매 환불 — Apple App Store 정책에 따라 신청 (reportaproblem.apple.com).

6. 미성년자 보호

본 앱은 아동의 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하지 않습니다. 본 앱이 수집하는 데이터는 모두 익명이며 개인 식별 정보를 포함하지 않습니다.

7. 처리방침 변경

본 처리방침은 법령 또는 서비스 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 갱신일자와 함께 공지됩니다.

NanoCity ("the App") respects your privacy and complies with applicable laws. The App has no user accounts and no custom server; game data is stored on your device by default. This policy explains what information the App handles and why.

1. Information We Handle

• Game data (stored on-device): Your town layout, progress, and settings are stored on your device (and in an App Group container shared with the widget). There is no account and no custom server; this data is deleted when you delete the App.
• Anonymous usage & crash data: Session, event, and crash information collected via Firebase Analytics. Collected only in Release builds (disabled during development). No personal identifiers, no advertising ID (IDFA), and no App Tracking Transparency prompt.
• Location: Used only to fetch local weather (a NanoCity Plus subscriber feature). Your current location is used on-device to request weather and is not stored or shared beyond the weather requests described below.
• Reminders: Read-only access to show today's reminder count on the optional to-do board. Reminder contents are not collected or transmitted.
• Photo Library: Add-only access, used only to save received astronomy/animal images when you choose to.
• In-app purchase: The NanoCity Plus subscription is processed by Apple. The App does not collect or store payment or card information.

2. How We Use Information

• Saving on-device game progress and displaying it in the widget
• Diagnosing crashes/bugs and improving content (anonymous statistics)
• Showing local weather and air quality based on your current location (subscriber feature)
• Town features such as reminder counts
• Processing in-app purchases (subscription) via Apple

3. Storage & Deletion

• Game data is stored on your device (and the App Group container shared with the widget) and is deleted immediately when you delete the App.
• Anonymous event data sent to Firebase Analytics is retained per Google Cloud's standard retention policy.
• Reminder and location data are used on-device and are not separately stored by the App.

4. Third Parties & Processors

We do not sell or rent your personal information. The following services are used to provide features:

• Firebase Analytics (Google LLC) — anonymous usage statistics and crash data.
• Apple WeatherKit (Apple Inc.) — weather data provided by Apple; your location is sent to Apple to return local weather, per Apple's privacy terms.
• Open-Meteo (open-meteo.com) — approximate coordinates are sent to fetch air-quality data. No personal identifiers are sent.
• External image sources — public images are downloaded from NASA's Astronomy Picture of the Day (APOD) and an animal image API. No personal data is sent.
• Apple Inc. — in-app purchase (subscription) processing and App Store distribution.

5. Your Rights

• Delete on-device data — deleting the App removes all stored game data immediately.
• Manage permissions — Location, Reminders, and Photos permissions can be changed anytime in iOS Settings. Turning a permission off stops the App from using that data.
• In-app purchase refunds — request via Apple App Store policy (reportaproblem.apple.com).

6. Children

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. All data the App collects is anonymous and contains no personal identifiers.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or service changes. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
