나노씨티 — 이용약관

본 이용약관(이하 "약관")은 나노씨티(이하 "본 앱")의 이용 조건을 규정합니다. 본 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용하면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 안내

본 앱은 개인적인 즐거움을 위해 제공되는 엔터테인먼트 앱입니다. 위젯에서 자라는 작은 섬 마을을 가꾸는 캐주얼 게임으로, 게임 진행 데이터는 사용자 기기에 저장됩니다.

2. 나노씨티 플러스 (자동 갱신 구독)

나노씨티 플러스는 자동 갱신되는 월간 구독으로, 가격은 월 US$1.99입니다(지역 및 Apple 정책에 따라 다를 수 있습니다).
혜택: 날씨 비주얼 연출, 프리미엄 날씨 화면, 프리미엄 기능 건물/공방 스킨을 이용할 수 있습니다.
구독이 만료되면 프리미엄 전용 비주얼은 기본 상태로 되돌아갑니다. 핵심 게임 진행 상황은 사라지지 않습니다.
결제는 구매 확정 시 사용자의 Apple ID로 청구됩니다.
구독은 기간 종료 최소 24시간 전에 끄지 않으면 자동으로 갱신되며, 같은 가격으로 청구됩니다.
구독 관리 및 해지는 App Store 계정 설정에서 할 수 있습니다(설정 → Apple ID → 구독).

3. 결제 및 환불

모든 결제는 Apple을 통해 처리됩니다. 환불은 Apple의 App Store 정책에 따라 처리되며, 다음 경로로 신청할 수 있습니다: reportaproblem.apple.com. 개발자는 직접 환불을 처리할 수 없습니다.

4. 표준 EULA

본 앱에는 Apple의 표준 라이선스 사용 계약(EULA)이 적용됩니다: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

5. 지식재산권

본 앱의 콘텐츠, 아트, 디자인 등 모든 지식재산권은 개발자에게 있습니다.

6. 책임의 한계

본 앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위에서 본 앱 사용으로 발생하는 손해에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of NanoCity ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The App is provided for personal entertainment. It is a cozy casual game about growing a little island town that lives on your home-screen widget. Game progress is stored on your device.

2. NanoCity Plus (Auto-Renewable Subscription)

NanoCity Plus is an auto-renewable monthly subscription priced at US$1.99/month (price may vary by region and by Apple).
Benefits: weather visual effects, a premium weather screen, and premium function-building/workshop skins.
When the subscription lapses, premium-only visuals revert to default. Core game progress is not lost.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and is charged at the same price.
Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refunds are handled under Apple's App Store policy and can be requested at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.

4. Standard EULA

Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the App: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, art, and design in the App, and all related intellectual property, are owned by the developer.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for damages arising from use of the App.
