자주 묻는 질문

마을 데이터가 사라졌어요.

나노씨티는 마을 데이터를 사용자 기기 안에 저장합니다. 계정이나 서버가 없기 때문에, 앱을 삭제하면 마을 데이터도 함께 사라지고 복구가 어렵습니다. 기기 변경 시에는 기존 기기에서 앱을 지우기 전에 주의해주세요.

위젯에 날씨가 안 나와요.

날씨 연출은 나노씨티 플러스 구독 기능입니다. 구독 중이라면 위치 권한이 켜져 있는지(설정 → 나노씨티 → 위치) 확인해주세요. 위치 정보는 지역 날씨를 받아오는 데에만 사용됩니다.

구독은 어떻게 해지하나요?

나노씨티 플러스 구독은 App Store에서 관리합니다: 설정 → (맨 위 본인 이름) Apple ID → 구독 → 나노씨티에서 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 핵심 마을 진행 상황은 그대로 유지되며, 프리미엄 전용 비주얼만 기본 상태로 돌아갑니다.

환불은 어떻게 받나요?

모든 결제는 Apple을 통해 처리되며, 환불도 Apple의 App Store 정책에 따라 진행됩니다. reportaproblem.apple.com에서 신청할 수 있으며, 개발자가 직접 환불을 처리할 수는 없습니다.

My town data disappeared.

NanoCity stores town data on your device. There is no account or server, so deleting the App removes your town data, which cannot be recovered. Be careful before deleting the App when switching devices.

The widget isn't showing weather.

Weather effects are a NanoCity Plus subscriber feature. If you're subscribed, make sure Location access is on (Settings → NanoCity → Location). Location is used only to fetch local weather.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Manage NanoCity Plus in the App Store: Settings → (your name) Apple ID → Subscriptions → NanoCity. Cancelling keeps your core town progress; only premium-only visuals revert to default.

How do I get a refund?

All payments are processed by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's App Store policy. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds directly.
